Peningkatan Literasi Keuangan sebagai Upaya Membangun Generasi SMK Cerdas Berinvestasi di Era Digital

Advances in digital technology have made it easier to access various financial services, such as mobile banking, digital wallets, and app based investments. However, this ease of access is not always matched by adequate financial literacy, particularly among students. Therefore, this community service activity aims to improve financial literacy and investment awareness about investing among students at SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto. The activity was conducted using a participatory-educational approach through outreach and interactive discussions, employing a one-group pre-test and post-test evaluation model. The program is held on January 23, 2026, involving 61 students as participants. The material covered included an introduction to financial literacy, personal financial management, investment concepts, as well as the identification of illegal investments and risks associated with digital financial services. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants’ understanding, as demonstrated by a comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. The average score of participants increased from 76.41 to 97.46, or approximately 27.5% after the activity. These results indicate that financial literacy education is effective in improving students’ understanding of financial management and investment in the digital age.

The digital transformation of tax administration through the implementation of the Core Tax Administration System (Coretax) is a strategic step by the government to improve the efficiency, transparency, and quality of tax services, which simultaneously requires an increase in digital tax literacy among vocational education graduates. However, there remains a gap between students’ competencies and the needs of an industry that is increasingly technology-driven. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve students’ understanding of digital taxation and provide insights into the career prospects of tax accountants in the era of digital transformation. The activity was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto, involving 33 students in the accounting program through interactive lectures, demonstrations of Coretax usage, discussions, and evaluations using pre-tests and post-tests. The material covered included the basic concepts of digital taxation, system-based tax administration workflows, as well as competencies and career opportunities in the field of tax accounting. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in students’ understanding, as reflected in the evaluation results, as well as increased active participation throughout the activity. In addition, students gained a clearer picture of career prospects as tax accountants. Thus, this activity demonstrates that practice-based education is effective in enhancing students’ digital tax literacy and work readiness; therefore, similar programs should be developed on an ongoing basis to support the strengthening of competencies in the digital age.

BELAJAR CERIA, CINTA BUDAYA: PENGENALAN KEARIFAN LOKAL KALIMANTAN SELATAN MELALUI PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL UNTUK SISWA DI SDN SUNGAI LULUT 8 BANJARMASIN

This Community Service activity aims to introduce the local wisdom of South Kalimantan to elementary school students through traditional games. Traditional games were chosen as a learning medium because they are familiar to children and rich in cultural values and character. This activity was carried out at SDN Sungai Lulut 8 Banjarmasin as an effort to foster a love of culture from an early age through fun and meaningful learning. The activity was carried out in several stages, namely socialization, discussion, simulation, practice, and reflection. Students were introduced to the games Tebak Flora–Fauna Kalimantan Selatan, Cuk Cuk Bimbi, and Besasahan, which were designed according to the characteristics of elementary school students. Each stage of the activity encouraged active student participation and provided a fun and participatory learning experience. The results of the activity showed an increase in student enthusiasm and participation during the learning process. Traditional games helped students understand the values of cooperation, sportsmanship, togetherness, and concern for local culture. This PKM activity is expected to become an alternative to local wisdom-based learning and contribute to the preservation of Banjar culture through education.

This study examines how SMKN 1 Kota Serang uses the Wayground platform as a digital learning assessment tool. The use of digital platforms is an efficient way to overcome various challenges faced by traditional evaluation methods due to advances in information technology. Wayground provides interactive features that increase student participation and facilitate teacher assessment. Findings indicate that utilizing Wayground can increase motivation and the effectiveness of learning assessment, despite challenges such as dependence on internet connectivity and limited device availability.
